December 13-17
We will wrap up our study of 20th Century Fantasy novels with a look at J. R. R. Tolkein's Fellowship of the Ring.
The final exam for this class is split into two pieces. Students required to take the test must come for both parts, one on Thursday and one of Friday. Students whould be prepared to write an essay about their favorite genre of 20th Century Literature and another about their favorite author.
When we return to school in January, the class will change to a study of 20th Century drama. We will travel through the century with studies of plays, musicals, tv, and cinema.
